Ningbo Jiangbei Water Meter Factory was set up in 1995, specialized in designing, developing and manufacturing kinds of mechanical water meters and smart water meter as well as their parts, in sizes of 15mm to 600mm, for residential and industrial applications. It occupies 3, 600 square meters, with the annual output capacity of 1 million pieces of water meters and 1.8 million pieces of measuring units. We own an unique laboratory, which can test our meters in different temperature, different pressure, different position. This is how we can make sure our meters meet different customers′ requirements. Also, we have an automatic test bench for woltman meters from 50mm to 500mm. It can measure the water meters by volume, by weight and by comparison. Moreover, we can make high pressure water meters up to 6 MPa.
As a member of the Water Meter Working Committee of China Measurement Association(CMA), our water meters are approved to be "Top Ten Famous Water Meter Brands in China" by the China Strategy Management Federation of Marketing Brands and "High-Quality Assured and Reliable Products" by the China Consumer Protection Foundation, and it is honored as the "National Continuous and Stable Quality Enterprise of Water Meters" by the Chinese Quality Long March.
Our "JIANGBEI" branded meters are being sold all over the world, such as USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, etc. In America; Germany, Italy, France, Spain, etc. In Europe; India, Indonesia, Turkey, Iran, etc. In Asia; South Africa, Namibia, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Angola, etc. In Africa. We are the first company in China to get the CE certificate, and one of the few meter companies to get the China national manufacturing and measuring licence for the meters of the highest accuracy (R160). Until now, our meters′ performance is ahead of most of our competitors. In the same time, we are applying for MID certificate for our multi jet dry type water meters.
We are manufacturing strictly according to the international standard of ISO 4064, MID 14154, OIML R49, etc., adopting the advanced technology as well as products from Germany and Italy. Until now, we have got the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System certification, ISO14001: 2015 Environment Management System certification and ISO45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.
